| Answer: No need; in fact the only person qualified to tell you if chiropractic can help you is a chiropractor. |
Are chiropractors real doctors?

| Answer: Yes, chiropractors study the same anatomy and physiology as medical doctors and actually spend longer in the classroom. Chiropractors are strictly regulated and must pass stringent national board exams. |
Can chiropractic hurt me?

| Answer: As with any health intervention there are risks, but the risks of chiropractic are so small that chiropractic malpractice insurance costs less than most people’s car insurance. Chiropractic adjustments generally don’t hurt and most people find them very pleasant. |
What if my problem is not a “chiropractic problem?”

| Answer: Chiropractors are primary care practitioners. This means that chiropractic doctors are trained to take a detailed history, perform an appropriate examination, take and interpret x-rays, diagnose and manage everyone who walks through the door. If any concerns arise during a consultation an appropriate referral would be given. |
